Al Dar National Real Estate (ADNEC)

Al Dar National Real Estate Company's signature project is the 50-story City Capital Tower in Kuwait City, an apt symbol for a company that plans to ride high on the soaring real estate opportunities in Kuwait and the GCC region. Al Dar National Real Estate's strategy is to focus on distinctive major construction developments, beginning with the $301.2 million Capital City Tower, which will be a striking landmark strategically placed in the financial heart of Kuwait City.

Al Dar First Real Estate Company was established in 2000 with capital of KD 1 million. Its name was changed to Al Dar National Real Estate Company and its capital was increased through a special subscription to KD 35 million. The subscription was a major success, oversubscribed and completed in record time. The company's results have improved dramatically in a brief period. In 2004, it realized a profit of KD 2.5 million, compared to KD 95,000 in 2003, and its total assets increased to KD 44 million from KD 2.5 million. Its net profit during the first quarter of 2005 reached KD 2.8 million KD, more than the net profits achieved during the entire previous year.

Al Dar First Real Estate engages in a variety of real estate activities, including sale, purchase and development of properties and land, ownership and management of its own and third-party properties, real estate auctions, BOT projects, maintenance services for the company real estate and properties and organization of real estate exhibitions.
